Matrix Switch

RFcore has a variety of multi-port matrix switch ICs that are implemented on SOI CMOS dies. Any combination of switch matrix configurations specified by the customer can be implemented by RFcore by minimizing loss and maximizing power through a channel where the isolation to the off-channel and that of the on-channel to on-channel are maximized. The desired features, such as high power or high isolation, can especially be added to the design depending on the customer's demand.
